Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
DO NOT SHIP the product back without contacting us first for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and return instructions.
Products with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment – must be reported to Urban Lights within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you do not notify Urban Lights of defective goods within 30 days of delivery, we cannot replace them free of charge and charges will apply.

Do not discard the defective product until you receive instructions from Urban Lights. Failure to return the defective product or failure to send pictures when we ask for them may result in delays and charges for the replacement item.
Please note that Urban Lights is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the receipt of damaged or defective goods.
We always recommend that you wait to schedule installation until after your fixture has arrived and been inspected to avoid project delays and replacement fees.
If you receive a product that has broken glass or damages as a result of shipping, contact Urban Lights within 48 hours, we will provide replacement glass or shade at no additional charge.
If you fail to report damages within 48 hours, we cannot file a claim with the shipping carrier, and Urban Lights is not responsible for the damages incurred during shipping.
Once you notify us that your product was damaged, Urban Lights will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process, please contact customer service for status updates on your claim.
Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging. Once a claim has been files, the shipper will be dispatched to pick the item up for inspection and processing. We'll need your help in making it available for pickup on the scheduled date and time.
If you wish to return a product that was received with broken glass or a dented shade within 30 days of delivery, the standard return policy will apply.
Once the damaged, defective, or broken products has been thoroughly inspected and approved by Urban Lights, a refund will be issued via the same method in which the item was purchased.
