Discounts are applied to TRADE sales only with Valid Program Registration, Credentials (on file), and a valid ID presented at time of purchase. Discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. The discount is not valid on already reduced merchandise, previously placed orders or gift certificate purchases. Services, shipping costs, taxes and other fees are not eligible for the discount. Sales tax will be charged unless we have a current State Tax ID information on file. All tax information must be current and is the customer’s responsibility to submit all updated tax information.
Free Shipping Policy
Orders normally take 2 to 4 weeks to Urban Lights depending on availability. Free Shipping does NOT include Direct Shipped items OR expedited items including ground, 2 day, 3 day or overnight air. Direct shipped orders will be charged for freight and/or handling charges. Occasionally production schedules change and a product may be temporarily out of stock. Backorders from manufacturers are beyond our control. We will contact you with any backorder information we receive.
Custom, oversized or crated items will be subject to shipping and handling charges. Urban Lights will notify you of any additional costs before a product is shipped.
Return Policy
We ask that items be returned within 30 days of pick up. Special ordered items may have a restocking charge applied if returned. Custom fixtures are non-returnable/non-refundable. Returned items cannot be installed or altered and must be in their original condition and include all of the original packaging materials.
Termination Rights
Urban Lights reserves the right to change or cancel the Design Professional membership Program or a customer's membership with or without notice.
Free Delivery
Urban Lights offers free delivery for Design Professionals in the Denver Metro area only. Please allow 48-72 hours for your delivery to be scheduled with our ware house after your complete order has arrived to Urban Lights. We deliver Monday- Friday only excluding major holidays. Please allow a 3 hour window for your order to be delivered.
