Return Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  1. We accept returnable products within 30 days of receipt of the product if they are in the original packaging (including all packaging materials and accessories).
  2. The items must be suitable for resale. The customer will be refunded (less the shipping costs included in the initial order and up to a 30% restocking fee) once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. Items returned will be issued a refund via the same method in which the item was purchased.

Defective Products

If within 30 days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. The customer must notify Urban Lights of the product's defect via email to sales@UrbanLightsDenver.com, within 30 days of delivery. If you do not notify us about broken, damaged, or defective goods within 30 days of delivery, we cannot replace them free of charge. DO NOT SHIP the product back without contacting us first for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or broken products must be received and inspected by Urban Lights or the manufacturer before a replacement is issued at no charge.
